Each valuation engagement is subject to a separate letter of engagement or quote that outlines the scope, purpose, fees, and terms specific to that assignment. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any engagement-specific terms.

4. Client Obligations

• Grant reasonable access to the subject property or asset for inspection
• Disclose any known material facts that may affect the valuation
• Pay agreed fees in accordance with the engagement terms

5. Valuation Reports

Valuation reports are prepared for the stated purpose and intended user(s) only. Reports should not be relied upon by any third party without our prior written consent. Valuations reflect market conditions at the date of valuation and should not be relied upon for a different date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asset Valuations Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
